Obligation of Secrecy and Confidentiality

Teots.org informs the users of this website of its personal data protection policy so that they can freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide the entity with the personal data that may be required or that may be obtained from the user when subscribing or contracting any of the services offered by Teots.org through this website. These data will be treated confidentially and will be incorporated into the corresponding processing operation of the co-responsible parties.

Teots.org, owner of the website, as data controller, informs you that the data will be processed, as regards the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RXPD).  on the protection of natural persons and LO 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights.

The information provided by the user is absolutely voluntary and is duly announced and will, in any case, be considered confidential, and we undertake to comply with the obligation of secrecy of personal data and the duty to keep them confidential and take the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of technology. Teots.org staff and volunteers are committed not to disclose or make use of information to which they have access by reason of their position.

Although it is not possible to guarantee absolute protection against intrusion when transmitting data over the Internet or from a website, Teots.org makes every effort to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure maximum protection of your data.

Contact form: the data sent by the user through the contact form will be processed for the management of queries made and incorporated into the processing operation “Web” of which Teots.org is the owner.

Newsletter subscription: We will treat your data in order to send you our newsletter, as well as information about the activities of Teots.

Other means: you can provide us with your data by telephone, e-mail and other means of communication indicated in the contact section. The purpose of processing this data will be solely to provide you with the information or services you request from us.

Legitimacy of the treatment

The legitimacy of the processing of your data is a consequence of the consent you give by sending the contact form or the consultation. (Article 6.1 letter a RGPD)

Prior to the processing of personal data, Teots.org obtains express and unequivocal consent of the owner of the personal data by incorporating informed consent clauses in the various information collection systems based on the consent and legitimate interest of the User, who by checking the appropriate informed consent boxes and entering data in the various fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to meet your request, by Teots. org being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields. The User guarantees that the personal data provided are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

Data retention

Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If your data is used for several purposes that require us to keep it for different periods of time, we will apply the longest retention period and in any case it will be kept for the time necessary to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose and the processing of the data.

The economic data that may be generated will be kept in accordance with Law 58/2003, of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law, in addition to the periods established in other binding regulations.

Rights of interested parties

Any person has the right to access their personal data, to update it, rectify inaccurate data, request its deletion, portability or limitation of processing, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims. Social networks

We have a profile in the main social networks on the Internet, recognizing in all cases responsible for the processing of the data of its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators and other user profiles (hereinafter, followers). The treatment that the entity will carry out with such data will be, at most, the one that the social network allows to the corporate profiles. Thus, we will be able to inform our followers about our activities by any means that the social network allows. Under no circumstances will we extract data from social networks, unless the user’s consent to do so is expressly obtained in a timely manner. User-contributed content

In social networks, forms, blogs and similar instruments, users can make comments. All information and comments received will be considered to be provided free of charge. The user should not send information that cannot be treated in this way.

The owner of the website reserves the right to publish the comments that are sent and remove all those that are not related to the content of the entry in which the comment is made, violate intellectual property, respect for the dignity of the person, the right to honor, image or privacy, the right to the protection of personal data, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in his opinion, were illegal or simply not suitable for publication. Whoever sends a comment is responsible for providing lawful content and the possible responsibilities that may arise for any reason, including possible compensation. In any case, the owner of the website is not responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the participation tools, nor for the contents. Comments or content not published or removed will be destroyed.

It is also not recommended to send public information about oneself and much less about third parties, and it is expressly forbidden to include sensitive data or data that violate any type of personal rights.
